Reconstruction with an extension of the administrative building of PJSC “LUKOIL” at the address: Moscow, Sretensky boulevard 9/2, Building 1

Execution of comprehensive reconstruction works on the existing administrative building with the construction of an extension with a total area of 1,494.0 sq. m. for PJSC “LUKOIL” located at: Moscow, Sretensky Blvd, 9/2, building 1.

As part of the project implementation, activities included the demolition of existing floor slabs with reinforcement of the building frame, execution of monolithic works, dismantling of the facade with subsequent restoration of the historical appearance, as well as works on engineering networks and turnkey interior finishing.
