Implementation period: 1 year
Reconstruction of an administrative building built in the first half of the 20th century for office use (without changing the appearance of the building’s facade). The reconstruction took place inside the building with the construction of new monolithic floors, stairs, strengthening of walls, and foundations. A fifth mansard floor was added to the building. Comprehensive facade repairs were carried out.
