Execution of comprehensive reconstruction works on the existing administrative building for PJSC “LUKOIL” located at: Moscow, Sretensky Blvd, 9/2, building 2.
As part of the project implementation, the building facade was completely replaced, new floor slabs were poured, all engineering networks were replaced, and finishing works were carried out.

Execution of comprehensive reconstruction works on the existing administrative building with the construction of an extension with a total area of 1,494.0 sq. m. for PJSC “LUKOIL” located at: Moscow, Sretensky Blvd, 9/2, building 1.
As part of the project implementation, activities included the demolition of existing floor slabs with reinforcement of the building frame, execution of monolithic works, dismantling of the facade with subsequent restoration of the historical appearance, as well as works on engineering networks and turnkey interior finishing.

The administrative building on Prechistenka Street in Moscow was thoroughly reconstructed by our company in 1997. The building has a total area of 3,000 sq. m. The comprehensive reconstruction included facade repairs, complete interior finishing, and the design and installation of ventilation systems.
