To implement the construction of an office building with an underground two-level parking lot and a built-in ramp. To ensure the complete design and execution of construction and installation works within the framework of the functions of the general contractor.
Decision
The Lenox team developed working design documentation (including a BIM model) and completed the entire complex of construction and installation works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality requirements and technical conditions of the project with a total area of 17,976 m².
The project provides for the construction of a modern office complex on the stylobate part, which includes a two-level underground parking lot with a built-in ramp.
The underground part has parking areas for employees and guests, as well as necessary technical facilities. Special attention is paid to logistics, safety and ease of use. The thoughtful structure of the building meets modern requirements for commercial real estate, both in terms of engineering solutions and aesthetics.
